30 minute consultation to review the application and address all questions/concerns relating to the application and registration process;
Monitoring of the status of the application;
Correspondence with the USPTO;
Response to one Office Action (preliminary denials that occur in 80-85% of all trademark applications); and
Advisement on maintaining and protecting the mark upon registration.
*Purchase does not include $275 filing fee per class of goods/services. If search results deem the mark unavailable or unregistrable, all but $400 will be applied toward registration of another mark.
